Coconut Cannelé

Traditional pastry from Bordeaux, France baked in a special copper mold that gives it a crunchy exterior and tender custardy interior. Made with Laie vanilla beans and dark rum. Filled with coconut ganache, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in coconut.
